What is the 3-Day 2-Night Cruise Itinerary?


Day 1 – Embark at Port of Palm Beach

  • Check-in begins at 11:00 AM

  • Boarding 12:00 – 4:00 PM

  • Departure is at 5:00 PM

Day 2 – Grand Bahama Island

  • Arrival at port 7:00 AM | Back on board by 4:30 PM

Day 3 – Disembark at Port of Palm Beach

  • Arrival at port 7:00 AM | Disembark 8:00 – 10:30 AM



Perfect for a quick getaway for a Birthday, Cousins Getaway, or Family Vacation. The legal drinking age on the ship is 21 in US waters and 18 while at sea and on Grand Bahama Island – a valid photo ID is required.


COVID-19: Testing Requirements


No Vaccinations Required to Sail with Margaritaville at Sea


Vaccinated Guests: Must provide negative Covid-19 test results, that are no more than three (3) days old, prior to embarkation. (Antigen, PCR, or NAAT)

Unvaccinated Guests: must provide a PCR or NAAT negative test result, taken not more than 2-days prior to embarkation, and be tested at the port prior to embarkation.

  • All forms of vaccination proof are acceptable (Original card, phone, or paper copy). All testing completed at the terminal will incur a cost of $45.00 for Antigen and $150.00 for PCR. Guests are welcome to bring their own test which will be administered at the port for a $25 fee.

Will a Passport or Visa Be Required?

Securing a passport is strongly recommended. View and get started with the process today. The estimated turnaround is between 8 to 11 weeks.


If you are a US citizen, you can go on a cruise to the Bahamas without a passport. However, you will need to show proof of citizenship. While a passport is highly recommended, you can cruise to the Bahamas with an original birth certificate issued by a U.S. government agency (not from a hospital) and a valid government-issued photo ID, in place of a passport. Passport cards and enhanced driver’s licenses are also acceptable forms of documentation.
